MEET OUR NEW CHEF, TIM SNODGRASS!

Chef Tim Snodgrass was raised in an Italian family filled with great food and lots of love where someone was always singing.  He comes from a long line of restaurant owners. His parents operated the Glades, a fine dining steakhouse in Carlinville.  His father, Jack Wunsch, was a celebrity chef in Florida and one of the first to appear on television with his own cooking show.  Tim completed additional culinary training and became a chef consultant for a large corporation in Chicago before moving back to Carlinville where he opened a restaurant at Beaver Dam State Park.  He also received training as a pitmaster under the late Mike Mills, owner of 17th Street Bar and Grill.  Members and guests of the Springfield Motor Boat Club can expect a wide variety of delicious and well composed meals well beyond smoked meats and BBQ.  Chef Tim is proud and excited to present his food to you and promises delicious surprises along the way.
